My Story

Starting the sport later than many, I progressed through county badminton, competing in Shires League, senior county matches, and Inter-County competition. My playing career has been shaped as much by setbacks — including illness and injury — as by success, giving me a deep understanding of long-term athlete development.

My coaching philosophy is built on structure, inclusivity, and sustainable progress. I focus on developing confident, technically sound players while creating environments where athletes of all levels can thrive.
